Tax and fees: Prices are subject to 15% withholding taxes as per KSA law and are exclusive of any transfer fees.
Conference Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of Participation
Upon confirmation of the Sponsoring Company's participation, we will issue an official quotation specifying the agreed sponsorship package, applicable fees, and payment terms.
Cancellation Period
The Sponsoring Company may cancel its participation by providing written notice within thirty (30) working days from the date of issuance of the official quotation.
Under any conditions, no cancellations are allowed within thirty (30) days before the event.
Financial Liability
Any cancellation made after the expiry of the thirty (30)-working-day period shall render the Sponsoring Company liable for the full quoted investment, which shall remain payable in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
Established Policy
This cancellation policy reflects the Annual Saudi Pediatric Neurology Society Conference's long-standing terms and conditions, which have been consistently maintained since the inception of the conference to ensure proper planning, resource allocation, and the successful organization of the event.
